What are the current dues

Initial dues are $600 per year. Payment options are annual or semi annual. Other arrangements may be made if necessary. There is no additional fee for paying over time. Visit our Member Dues page to make a payment and reach out with any questions.

Who Can Join?

The original beneficiaries of the Donaldson Trust (Gramma’s 14 grandchildren) are presumed members who must sign the operating agreement and pay annual dues. They may opt-out of membership by signing a non-acceptance form. Their children may join by signing a joinder agreement and operating agreement and by paying annual dues.
Who can visit the property?

Members and their guests may visit at any time by checking the shared calendar and reserving a date. Original beneficiaries who opt out have visitation rights but must pay a daily fee as determined by the operating committee. Non members who are not original beneficiaries must have special permission by the manager.
